About
Wausau Comics was opened summer of 2007 to fill a gaping need in the Wausau area.
Jim Yoho decided that he was tired of driving out of town to get his comics and fulfilled a long held desire of his – he opened his own comic shop, renting space upstairs from Graff Mercantile.
Graff Mercantile eventually closed it’s doors and Wausau Comics was homeless for nearly a year – but then, rejoice, Chadam Games comes to the rescue! Chad and Adam graciously agree to host Wausau Comics products in their store, and central Wisconsin once again has access to great comic books! At least until Chadam closed it’s doors in January of 2012. But never fear – Schofield Coin & Hobby rode in to the rescue and Wausau Comics was located there as of January 25th of 2012!
Located at 754 Grand Avenue in Schofield, Wausau Comics is ready once more to meet your genre entertainment needs!
Wausau Comics carries comic books, magazines, trades, manga, dvds and other merchandise, all with a focus on genre (horror, sci-fi, fantasy.)
